Preamble
Do not print in a cold room
Avoid drafts on the printer
Print in a well-ventilated area
Do not print with ULIO 3D BRIX™ unattended
All assembly and operation steps must be under adult supervision and assistance.

If the print bed is having difficulty going up, follow these steps
General information
Adjusting the distance between the hot nozzle and the center of the print bed
This step is VERY IMPORTANT (see video on the left)
Once you've completed your manual adjustment, check it with the Home Z command. Click the yellow button on the LCD display, select 'Motion', and click the yellow button again. Then, click 'Home Z'. The Z-axis zeroing will begin automatically.
A-Loading filament
Filament preparations
Cut the end of the filament at a 45 degree angle
Straighten the filament tip about 3 inches, pinch the extruder handle, and insert 1 inch of filament into the white Bowden tube
Loading the filament
Click Load filament from the LCD controller
The nozzle should start heating up for PLA
Wait until the temperature reaches 210°C to 215°C
When the buzzer sounds, click the yellow button to start loading
If you have difficulty feeding the filament through the gold fitting of the white (Bowden) tube, try cutting the filament 45 degrees in the opposite direction and then reinserting it.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
NEVER touch the hot nozzle tip with your fingers as there is a danger of burning yourself.
Turn off the heater (Cooldown) if you are not going to use the printer immediately (watch the second video on the left)
B-PREPARATION OF THE PRINT BED
Repeat at the beginning of each print
Lift the printer's print bed (Y rack)
Pay attention to the Y switch arm
Remove the flex plate from the print bed
Clean the printing surface with isopropyl alcohol ( 70% ) after every 5 prints
Reinstall the flex plate onto the print bed (as shown in the left image)
Reinstall the print bed (Y rack) as shown in the picture, otherwise it may move in the opposite direction
C- Generating a print file
Kiri Moto (Version 4.0) Repeat at the beginning of each print
Kiri Moto is a free online slicer that requires no software installation.

DO NOT CHANGE the default print settings of ULIO 3D BRIX™
Avoid printing parts with a wall thickness less than 0.8 mm (such as very small fingers of a hand)
D-PRINTING FROM MICRO SD CARD
Repeat at the beginning of each print
Insert the micro SD card into the microcontroller
Click the LCD button
Scroll down the menu
Select Print from media
Select your Gcode file by name
Click Print again to start printing (watch the video on the left)
E-ADJUST THE FIRST LAYER WITH BABYSTEP Z (only if necessary)
Repeat at the beginning of each print if required
If the first print layer does not look like this , you will need to adjust the distance between the hotend and the print bed with Babystep Z this time.
Click Tune and select Babystep Z
Turn the yellow knob clockwise to lower the print bed ( +0.25 mm increments)
Turn the yellow knob counterclockwise to raise the print bed ( -0.25 mm increments)
Continue adjusting the Babystep Z until your first diaper looks like this (be patient, it takes practice)
F-FILAMENT UNLOADING
Once the print is finished, you can leave the filament in the printer, otherwise you can remove it
To unload the filament, select unload filament (watch the first video on the left)

G-Removal of the printed part
Repeat at the end of each print
Remove the print bed
Pay attention to the Y switch arm
Remove the flex plate from the print bed
Bend the flexible plate in all directions to detach the 3D model
Please use suitable gloves for this procedure
Adult assistance is required
Reinstall the flex plate on the print bed
Reinstall the print bed in place
H-Shut off the printer! !
